We sit between the mine and the supply market

United Global Solutions is a UAE-based procurement and sourcing company working with mining operations across Africa.

A buying desk that understands machines

A mine does not run out of “procurement”. It runs out of a tyre in a size nobody stocks, a seal kit for a machine that was rebuilt twice, a welding set that has to survive forty degrees and dust.

That is the work we do. From the UAE we buy, verify and move the tyres, components, workshop equipment and consumables that keep African mining fleets turning — using a supplier base that reaches well beyond any single market or brand.

The UAE position is deliberate. It puts us within reach of manufacturers in Europe, Turkey and Asia, on established freight corridors into Africa, and in a time zone that overlaps both the supplier and the site.

A shipment takes the time it takes. What actually costs a site its week is everything before that: the quote that never came back, the brand that turned out to be discontinued, the part that arrived and did not fit, the supplier who went quiet once the order was placed.

We built UGS around that gap. Our job is to take an incomplete requirement, turn it into something a supplier can price, and come back with an answer the maintenance team and the finance team can both act on.

Sometimes that answer is not the brand you asked for. We would rather tell you that early, with the reason, than quietly ship a substitute and let your workshop discover it.

Most delays are not shipping delays

How we work

Four things we do not compromise on

The application comes before the part number

We ask what the machine does, where it works and what failed, before we price anything. A number on an old invoice is a starting point, not an answer.

Where we operate

One desk, three geographies

The United Arab Emirates

Our buying, coordination and freight planning run from here, close to both the manufacturing markets and the shipping lanes.

UAE, Europe, Turkey and Asia

Manufacturers, distributors and specialised industrial suppliers, engaged directly rather than through a chain of resellers.

Mining destinations across Africa

Routed and consolidated for the realities of inland African delivery, not just to the nearest port.

Engineer measuring a machined component with a vernier caliper

The people who feel the downtime

Our enquiries rarely come from a head office. They come from the people who will be standing next to the machine on Monday — and from the procurement teams who have to source for all of them at once.

Start with one requirement

You do not need a framework agreement to work with us. Send one list, one size, one part number that has been difficult to find — and see what comes back.
